Dr Gregory and Lisa Popcak present some very smart methods of dealing with people who present us with difficulties in our daily lives. They present these ideas while fully aware at all times that we are Christians, individuals of worth and dignity, who should confront our problems with others in honest and frank ways. They emphasise the problems existing in relationships, rather than pinning the problems on people themselves. I got a lot out of this talk.

Cd is more psychology with a spin to apply to christian life. Not as moving and motivating or the easiest to listen to as i would of liked, but still ok.
